You do not need another mushroom supplement. You need to know what you are actually taking.
That is exactly why we created Hi Shroomz Precision Extract Capsules.
At Hi Shroomz, we work with eight mushrooms: Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, Reishi, Chaga, Shiitake, Pink Oyster, Turkey Tail and Maitake. Seven of these are currently available as Precision Extract Capsules, while Pink Oyster is part of our wider eight-mushroom collection.
I did not want to build a collection where every mushroom is presented as though it does the same thing. Each mushroom has its own species, chemistry, naturally occurring bioactive compounds and human research. The more you understand them, the more useful the differences become.
So instead of asking, “Which mushroom is the best?”, start with a much simpler question:
What are you actually trying to support?
That is how I look at the seven Hi Shroomz Precision Extract Capsules.
1. Lion’s Mane: Focus & Concentration
If your day depends on focus, concentration and clear thinking, Lion’s Mane is the natural place to start.
Lion’s Mane, Hericium erinaceus, contains a range of bioactive compounds including hericenones, hericerins, polysaccharides, β-glucans and sterols. Human clinical research has increasingly examined Lion’s Mane in relation to cognition. A 2025 randomized, placebo-controlled trial investigated a standardized fruiting-body extract in healthy younger adults and reported improvements in a specific cognitive task, while earlier randomized research had also examined cognitive outcomes in older adults with mild cognitive impairment. 1 2
That makes Lion’s Mane particularly relevant for students, professionals, founders, researchers, creators and anyone whose work depends on mental performance.
This is the thinking behind the Hi Shroomz Lion’s Mane Precision Extract.

2. Cordyceps: Energy & Stamina
If what you want is energy, stamina and better physical performance, Cordyceps deserves your attention.
Cordyceps, particularly Cordyceps militaris, contains bioactive compounds including cordycepin, adenosine, polysaccharides, D-mannitol, ergosterol and carotenoids. Human research has explored Cordyceps in exercise and performance settings, and a randomized crossover trial published in 2026 found that 1 g of a standardized C. militaris extract increased resting oxygen uptake and improved post-exercise reaction time in recreationally active young men. 3
That makes Cordyceps a natural choice for athletes, runners, gym-goers, active professionals and anyone who wants more from their physical routine.
This is the thinking behind the Hi Shroomz Cordyceps Precision Extract.

3. Reishi: Stress, Calm & Resilience
Modern life asks a lot from us. When people talk to me about stress, balance, calm and everyday resilience, Reishi is one of the mushrooms that naturally enters the conversation.
Reishi, Ganoderma lucidum, contains β-glucans and other polysaccharides, triterpenoids such as ganoderic and lucidenic acids, sterols, nucleosides and other bioactive constituents. Human clinical research has examined Reishi-derived preparations in immune and metabolic contexts. A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in healthy adults reported changes in several immune-cell populations and natural-killer-cell measures following supplementation with a Reishi β-glucan preparation. 4
More recent clinical research has also investigated G. lucidum in people with type 2 diabetes, with the 2025 randomized trial reporting reductions in fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial glucose and A1C in the intervention group. 5
This is the thinking behind the Hi Shroomz Reishi Precision Extract.

4. Chaga: Antioxidants & Daily Wellness
Chaga, Inonotus obliquus, is one of those mushrooms that becomes more interesting the deeper you look into its chemistry. Its bioactive profile includes polysaccharides, polyphenols, triterpenoids and lignin-related metabolites, with research exploring antioxidant, immune and metabolic pathways. 6
If you are interested in antioxidant-rich mushroom compounds and a broader daily wellness routine, Chaga is worth understanding.
This is where the Hi Shroomz Chaga Precision Extract fits into the collection.

5. Shiitake: Cholesterol, Triglycerides & Heart Health
If you are already paying attention to cholesterol, triglycerides and heart health, Shiitake is a mushroom worth knowing.
Shiitake, Lentinula edodes, contains lentinan and other β-glucans, eritadenine, ergosterol, lenthionine and other bioactive compounds. Its human research includes controlled studies examining lipid and antioxidant outcomes. In one randomized double-blind clinical trial involving 68 people with borderline-high cholesterol, the group consuming Shiitake bars showed a 10% reduction in triglycerides after 66 days, together with changes in antioxidant and lipid-peroxidation measures. 7
That makes Shiitake particularly relevant to people thinking seriously about cardiometabolic health, cholesterol and triglycerides.
This is the thinking behind the Hi Shroomz Shiitake Precision Extract.

6. Turkey Tail: Immunity & Cancer Research
Turkey Tail, Trametes versicolor, has one of the most remarkable clinical histories among medicinal mushrooms. Its important bioactive fractions include β-glucans, polysaccharopeptides, PSK and PSP.
The story becomes especially interesting with PSK, or Polysaccharide-K. The U.S. National Cancer Institute documents the long clinical history of PSK as an adjunct to standard cancer treatment in Japan and summarizes human research involving colorectal, gastric, breast and lung cancer. 8
That makes Turkey Tail particularly relevant to people interested in immune health and the clinical history of medicinal mushrooms in oncology.
There is an important distinction: PSK is a specific Turkey Tail-derived preparation and should not be automatically equated with every Turkey Tail supplement.
That clinical history is one of the reasons Turkey Tail has a very different place in the Hi Shroomz collection.

7. Maitake: Blood Sugar & Metabolic Health
Blood sugar is one of the most important health conversations in India, and Maitake deserves a place in that conversation.
Maitake, Grifola frondosa, contains β-glucans, polysaccharides, proteoglycan fractions including D-Fraction and SX-fraction-related compounds, sterols and other bioactive constituents.
Human research has investigated specific Maitake-derived preparations in relation to glucose metabolism. Research on the SX-fraction has reported reductions in fasting blood glucose in people with type 2 diabetes, while other human studies have examined immune and metabolic outcomes. 9
That makes Maitake particularly interesting for people who are paying attention to blood glucose, metabolism and long-term metabolic health.
This is the thinking behind the Hi Shroomz Maitake Precision Extract.

Which Hi Shroomz Precision Extract Is For You?
You do not need to become a mushroom expert before choosing a capsule. Start with the health area that matters most to you.
1. Focus & Concentration: Start with Lion’s Mane if cognitive performance is your priority.
2. Energy & Stamina: Explore Cordyceps if you are focused on physical performance and an active routine.
3. Stress, Calm & Resilience: Explore Reishi when everyday balance and resilience are part of your wellness priorities.
4. Antioxidants & Daily Wellness: Explore Chaga if you are interested in its broad bioactive profile and antioxidant research.
5. Cholesterol, Triglycerides & Heart Health: Explore Shiitake when cardiometabolic health is on your radar.
6. Immunity & Cancer Research: Explore Turkey Tail if you are interested in immune health and the clinical history of Turkey Tail-derived preparations.
7. Blood Sugar & Metabolic Health: Explore Maitake if blood glucose and metabolic health are important parts of your health routine.
And if two areas matter at the same time, that is where the Hi Shroomz Duo becomes interesting.
Why We Call Them Precision Extracts
I chose the word Precision deliberately.
A mushroom name alone does not tell you everything about a product. The species matters. The material matters. The extraction matters. The bioactive compounds matter. And the finished formulation matters.
Hi Shroomz Precision Extract Capsules are developed using organic mushroom material, 100% fruiting body and a hot-water extraction approach. The goal is to create a defined mushroom extract rather than simply putting a mushroom name on a capsule and leaving the consumer to work out what is actually inside.
That matters because two products can both say “Lion’s Mane” on the label and still be very different products. The same principle applies to Cordyceps, Reishi, Chaga, Shiitake, Turkey Tail and Maitake.
For me, this is where mushroom supplementation becomes much more interesting: from the mushroom name to the actual formulation.
Seven Precision Extracts. One Healthspan Philosophy.
I don't believe preventive health is going to be built around one miracle ingredient. It is going to be built around better decisions, made consistently.
That means understanding what we consume, knowing why we are taking it, paying attention to the evidence and choosing products that are made with intention.
That is how I think about the Hi Shroomz Precision Extract Capsules.
Lion’s Mane for focus and concentration. Cordyceps for energy and stamina. Reishi for stress, calm and resilience. Chaga for antioxidant and daily wellness interests. Shiitake for cholesterol, triglycerides and heart health. Turkey Tail for immunity and the clinical research surrounding medicinal mushrooms in oncology. Maitake for blood sugar and metabolic health.
Seven Precision Extract Capsules. Seven different reasons to look closer.
And one bigger idea:
Healthspan.
