Refund policy

Hi Shroomz™, a consumer wellness brand operated by Han Agri Innovations Pvt. Ltd., adheres to the highest industry standards in product safety and regulatory compliance. In alignment with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-Commerce Rules, 2020, our return and refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and protect both customers and the brand.

Returns Are Accepted Only If:

The product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrectly delivered.
A formal return request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
The product remains unopened, unused, and in original condition.

Conditions:

Refund or replacement is processed only after internal quality investigation.
Photos or videos must be submitted to verify the issue.
Returns are not allowed for reasons related to taste, user experience, personal preferences, or delayed product effect.
We do not support exchanges for opened or used nutraceutical or edible products.

Han Agri Innovations Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet these terms.
